How does the payment work? Is my money protected?

Your card is pre-authorized at booking, but no charge is made immediately. At the end of the service, you give a validation code to the provider. This code triggers the payment. You stay in control until the very end. No code = no charge.

Each provider goes through identity verification, skills assessment (diploma and certification), and insurance checks before accessing the platform. They are then rated after each job. Poorly rated profiles are removed. You only see pros who passed this filter.
